Exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the original packaging is intact.
We offer worldwide delivery within 2 weeks. For urgent UK delivery (3–5 days), an additional charge of approximately £3.50 may apply.
We can also cater to any type of customization, with a delivery time of 3–4 weeks. Please note that some items will only be available on pre-order.
Refund policy
We offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The size of the item does not fit properly.
